We believe ‘The Urbania’ to be a challenging as well as special project. The plot of the project was in an extremely prime location. However, the length of the plot was too big compared to other plots. The building frontage was around 500 ft. The biggest challenge was to deal with the façade. The architects had to make sure that in spite of the length, the façade looked attractive. The ‘Atrium’ is a unique feature which provides good access and visibility to all the shops. The ‘A’ frame in the façade gives a unique character to the building, which will make it stand out amongst other commercial buildings.
