When the client first came to us for this ‘one apartment per floor’ project, they were not sure if an apartment project was even viable in a very small plot. After buying the plot they felt that only a bungalow would be possible on that plot. We had the most challenging job to come up with a functional as well as saleable design. The end result was so good in terms of the elevation as well as space planning that it never looked like a challenge. Even though it was a small project, we feel very happy to have given a solution, which exceeded the clients expectations.
