The Landmark (Site Office), Gandhinagar

The Landmark, is the most premium commercial building of Gujarat. The time when this building was planned, it was also the biggest one in Gandhinagar. For the first time in Gandhinagar, any one was attempting such a big building. The brief for the overall project was to create the finest building of Gandhinagar. Hence, the site office had to compliment that idea and also give the correct message. The site office of Landmark was probably the biggest in terms of the size. It was a double storeyed structure. The design also incorporated most of the ideas of the main building. Even though it was a site office, we had a central courtyard, double height reception and conference room. The materials used were also the same as the main building; Stone, Glass, wooden louvers etc. Our idea was to replicate the main building design in a miniature version. We were successfully able to do that and it generated a lot of goodwill as well as positive reviews for the developer.
